Campsite Rules

 

And now for the small print - Sorry!! We apologise for the long list - it's grown over time!  You'd be surprised at some of the things we've witnessed and found people doing, but we hope that by having these rules, we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible :)

 

  • Guests must report "ON ARRIVAL" to the reception building, to book in and for security reasons
  • PITCHES ARE ALLOCATED prior to your arrival.  If you have any special needs or requirements please be sure to inform us of them when you book with us
  • PITCHES ARE AVAILABLE from 12 noon and must be vacated by midday 11.30am on the day of departure.  If these times prove to be difficult for you please let us know.
  • DAY VISITORS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF £3.00 per person.  Unless you have paid in reception you will not be allowed to enter the site for any reason.
  • NO UNDER AGE DRINKING ON SITE!  YOU MUST BE 18 TO DRINK ANYWHERE ON PILLATON HALL FARM AND CAMPSITE

  • NO VANS OR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES
  • DRINK DRIVING LAWS APPLY ON THIS SITE
  • NO UNDER-AGE/NONE LICENCE HOLDERS TO BE DRIVING ON SITE or SAT ON PARENTS LAPS
  • No motorbikes, scooters, quads or remote control vehicles to be used on the campsite or farm
  • A SPEED LIMIT of 10mph exists on the site at all times
  • The SITE SECURITY BARRIER will be permanently closed  and will operate ONLY WITH A BARRIER PASS
  • ELECTRIC-HOOK UP LEADS must not be home-made and be a standard 25 metre length
  • Please place all RUBBISH in the bins provided around site
  • FIRES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ON SITE – charcoal and gas barbecues only to be used.  All barbecues must be on a stand to prevent scorch marks on the grass

  • FIRE EXTINGUISHERS are provided on the park in areas shown on the map

  • Generators  are not permitted

  • Adults must SUPERVISE CHILDREN at all times, including when using the toilet blocks and play area

  • Your dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times and not allowed to foul the park.  We provide a dog walking area, where dogs can be let off for a run, but ask that you clean up after your dog.  Dogs must not be left unattended
  • BOOKINGS - We only accept families and couples over 21 NO GROUPS OR SAME SEX GROUP BOOKINGS  We reserve the right to refuse any booking.
  • The Park Owners and their employees shall not be held responsible for any accident, loss, damage or theft to persons, vehicles, caravans, motor-homes, trailer tents or tents, contents or accessories, however caused
  • Any guest causing  a nuisance  or being irresponsible on our site will be asked to leave
  • Threatening behaviour toward our staff is not tolerated
  • The MANAGEMENT reserve the right to refuse admission.  Fees are non-refundable
  • The MANAGEMENT reserve the right to make any changes to the above
  • All caravans, tents and Cars must be insured on  site at  Pillaton Hall Farm and camp site. We at Pillaton Hall Farm  and Campsite are not responsible for any accidents or injuries caused on sit
